  1. Generally speaking, "caged" bearings (those that have ball retainers) are not the best for suspension loads. When possible, be sure that you are getting "MAX" bearings (also known as "full compliment"), which use no retainers or cages, contain more balls per bearing, and are designed specifically for high-load, low rotational applications. Since not all bearing sizes specified by manufacturers are available in a MAX version, some sets may contain caged bearings (this will be clearly stated on the individual bearing set pages).
  2. All of our sets are guaranteed to be of the highest quality bearing steel. Unless otherwise stated, all of our suspension bearings are ENDURO-MAX, the industry standard sealed suspension bearing. All of our bearings are packed with the highest quality grease.
  3. ABEC ratings are irrelevant for suspension applications. They are based on high-speed rotational applications (suspension applications are high-load/ low movement).
  4. Stainless steel bearing sets are NOT an "upgrade." Stainless bearings and races are SOFTER and will not last as long as hardened bearing steel in high-load suspension applications.

All bearings are available individually. For MAX bearings see here or contact us if you need help.

For more information, to order, or if you can't see a bearing set here for your frame, please contact us.
