How to buyAll products on this site can be bought through your local bike shop or direct.
Please contact your favourite bike shop or one of our listed dealers. If they need more information get them to contact us. Please support your local bike shop if they support you.
If you cannot buy through a dealer then check out the products and prices on this site and then contact us to confirm availability.
Please read the information below about delivery and payments, support and returns.
DeliveryAll goods will be sent via Australia Post unless otherwise arranged. Express Post will be used for all goods under 500 grams and express, registered post or road freight for parcels greater than 500 grams depending on size and weight.
All orders will include a minimum handling charge of $9.90. For normal orders within Australia there is no additional postage or freight charge.
Minimum InvoiceDue to processing costs there is a minimum invoice amount of $10 (ex gst $11.00 incl gst) in product purchases.
With the minimum p&h charge this means the real minimum invoice charge is $20.90.
PaymentNo goods will be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Payment may be made by direct deposit or by card payment (VISA/Mastercard).
Payment options etc will be provided when order is placed.
Dealer PricingDealer pricing is available on most lines. Dealer pricing will only be given to genuine cycle shops and repairers. Payment and delivery conditions apply to dealers.

Customer SupportFor all information on our products, before and after purchase, please contact us. We are only too happy to help with questions about product application or installation etc.
Refunds and ReturnsAll parts may be returned with 10 days if unused and in the original, intact, packaging. The full amount can then be used as a credit on other purchases.
Where a refund is requested a 10% re-stocking charge will apply.
Non-PerformanceIf a product fails to meet the manufacturers claims a full refund or replacement will be made upon the return of the goods accompanied by a statement by the purchaser of the nature of the failure.
NB: Before returning goods for any reason please contact DIY MTB first to make arrangements as appropriate.
Export and trade restrictionsGoods manufactured or purchased by DIY MTB from the US will not be sold to customers in the US.
PrivacyWe only use your personal information for the purposes for which you gave it to us.
We do not share information about you with third parties without your permission unless it:
